FAQs

How do I log on to see the recorded and on-demand presentations?

Once you register, you will receive a code with the password to watch the recordings. You will use the same password for all on-demand recordings. The passcode will arrive by e-mail from info@kvma.org email. Please do try to use your registering ID e-mail. It will be a specific code.

What if I miss a live stream?

They will all be recorded so you may watch after they finish.

Can I watch the recorded presentations more than once?

Yes, the recordings will stay active through December 2020 with the same pass code.

Can I ask the live speakers questions?

Yes, there will be a moderator and you may submit questions and they will be answered by the speaker.

How do I get my CE certificate?

Once we see that you log-in you will be e-mailed your CE form, unless you request it to be mailed. You may expect them by the end of August. Keep track of which ones you watch and then you will mark it down on the form. Each webinar is equal to one CE hour. Make a copy for yourself and mail one to KBVE, it needs to be postmarked by September 30, 2020.

Where do I find the list of live events?

There is a little blue tab on the right that says live with the date, time, and speaker information. Here is the link.

How will the zoom live work on Friday, Sept 18th and Saturday, Sept 19th?

All registrants will receive a link for the zoom live, I will be emailing all registrants with this specific information.

Will this count towards 2021-2022 CE hours?

No, these hours will count towards 2019-2020 only. Per 201 KAR 16:590, Section 1(4), CE must be earned during the current renewal period, between Oct 1 EVEN year through Sept 30 of the next EVEN year, https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/kar/201/016/590.pdf.

The next cycle the CE must be earned between Oct 1, 2020 – Sept 30, 2022 in order to be eligible for renewal credit during the next renewal cycle.

When does registration close?

Registration will close Tuesday, September 29th. Please continue to sign up yourself, associates, staff, and technicians.
