Our office has been asked by the Governor’s Office to reach out to all surgical centers and veterinarian facilities throughout the state to ask for donations of the following:

• Gloves
• Masks(surgical and n95)
• Gowns
• IV equipment
• Cotton swabs (preferably sterile)
• Ventilatory supplies
• Any other medical equipment that would be useful for pandemic response

Any donations that you can make should be taken to your nearest Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post. If you are in Lexington or Louisville, please take donations to your KY Transportation Cabinet District Office. If you have larger items and need them picked up at your facility, please call them and they will arrange that for you. The addresses and phone numbers of the KSP Posts/KYTC District Offices are below. Donations are tax deductible.

*If you had taken our previous survey asking about ventilator availability, we appreciate your response. We had stated that a KY Emergency Management Area Manager would be reaching out to coordinate donation of your items. This plan has changed and we are now asking for you to deliver to the aforementioned locations or coordinate pickup with those same locations. We apologize for the confusion.
