A note on improving performance:
Since these newsletters tend to be rather large documents, they may download slowly.
To reduce download time, open your Acrobat Reader,
Select EDIT -> PREFERENCES -> INTERNET
Make the following choices:
ALLOW FAST WEB (this will download one page at a time)
ALLOW SPECULATIVE DOWNLOADING (this will continue to download in background while you read first page)
Other options:
If you may choose to VIEW PDF in BROWSER,
you will lose access to some functions that are available
when viewing in Acrobat Reader separately.
(e.g., turning on the Articles navigation tab)
Beginning with Summer 2005 Newsletter,
each edition will be BOOKMARKED to facilitate navigation to the items you wish to read.
Past issues will also be bookmarked as time permits.
It is also envisioned to create a comprehensive INDEX of newsletter articles
from which one may jump directly to the desired item.
